Who we are
Our team brings together experience in government, regulation, finance and international business. We work as one senior team on every mandate, with a small number of clients at a time, so that each receives direct attention.
We are based in Dubai because this is where the region's most ambitious economic agenda is being delivered, and where international organisations increasingly choose to build their presence.

The Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, aims to double the size of Dubai's economy within a decade and to place the emirate among the world's top three cities. Every mandate that brings a company, an investment or a new capability to Dubai contributes to that goal. We help international organisations understand the agenda, find their place in it and engage the right authorities.
